This Grade II listed property was sensitively converted from offices to 11no. residential units, inclusive of rear extension and alteration works.
Acting primarily as a Cost Consultant, Ash provided feasibility and cost planning to assess viability and assist with the creation of the bid.
Following this, we managed the pre construction process and negotiated a
contract sum with the selected contractor.
Works on site required close management of both programme and budget due to a number of unforeseen such as considerable bungaroosh and fire protection works. Due to
this, we undertook a number of value engineering options to ensure the budget was
maintained and the end product met the Client’s re sale values and expectations.
