John Pardey Architects were engaged to develop a small scheme at this gateway site to the county town of Lewes. A 5 minute walk from the town centre, this development comprises
five houses: a terrace of three townhouses to the front of the site and two mews houses nestled to the rear.

Ross worked closely with the developer, providing initial feasibility cost options and project management services to provide a comprehensive D&B tender pack.

This was then followed with cost management and employers agent services through the construction phase and snagging/defects management through the 12 year defects period post practical completion. The scheme was successfully delivered on time and within
budget.
