Under previous employment and acting as Project and Cost Manager, we engaged with the planning design team and took the project from RIBA Stage 1 through to Stage 4. Producing the tender documentation, contract documentation and then managing the construction through to completion.


We were involved at every step, with keen focus on budget and cost reporting. The project had many complex elements requiring vibro piling and extensive utilities upgrades. The project was delivered both within budget
and on programme.
