Working with Baobab Developments we jointly delivered a second scheme to be presented with the RIBA South East Award in 2021. The Hove House was then further shortlisted for
the House of the year award.

It started as a development opportunity, but rapidly became a personal project for the client and his family.

Providing a full service from development appraisal stage, cost planning, tendering and contract award we then managed the cost and contract whilst on site through to project handover.
