Comprising
of three large detached houses (circa 350 420m2), the project required
extensive groundworks being built into the
bank at Withdean
Acting as Cost Manager and Employers Agent,
we were engaged to negotiate the contract
sum with a pre selected contractor. Following
the successful appointment, we managed the
build through to completion, whilst also
managing incoming purchaser variations due
to two of the properties being sold off plan.
The scheme was delivered within the original
budget, although the programme was delayed
due to purchaser variations.
